Born from the 2014 Oil Crash

Rush Creek Resources was founded in 2014 — the same year the oil market collapsed. While many operators retreated, our founder Alan Girardot, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, chose to build something different: a vertically integrated firm designed to reduce costs, control quality, and deliver results regardless of where commodity prices stand.

That decision to launch into adversity rather than away from it defines who we are. The Marine ethos of accountability, preparation, and mission execution carried directly into how Rush Creek approaches every well, every lease, and every investor relationship.

Today, we operate as a full-service asset management company focused on developing conventional reserves in Creek County, Oklahoma — a region steeped in more than a century of oil and gas history. From prospect generation through production and oil sales, every stage of the operation runs under one roof.
